An advance robot based measurement and inspection system which can do the following :
• Check parts presence/absence
• Check bore/shaft diameter
• Check distance of parts from fixed reference points/each other
• Check angle of welded parts
• Overall frame L/W/H
• Can also inspect full/incomplete welding joints if needed.
• Apart from the above, we can also install a robot based (existing or new robot) thermal imaging system to inspect welding quality during part welding as a complete end to end frame solution
