BFCI-200 is an intelligent seal inspection system for food and beverage industry. With conventional line scan imaging and/or thermal imaging(optional), we can accurately inspect sealed food containers using our proprietary ILS(intelligent learning system) algorithms and software. The system works with opaque as well as transparent sealing film. It also inspects multiple compartments in the container of all sizes.
It inspects the following parameters:
* Oil Leak
* Partial Seal due to underheating (With thermal imager)
* Food particles in sealing area
* Bubbles
* Creases
* Container warping due to heat
Individual container rejection and verification facility with a low inspection time of 200ms makes this a fast and effective alternative to manual inspection.
