Glucometer strip print inspection
A unique fully automated machine developed to inspect print quality of glucometer strips. The machine uses a Scara robot to pickup sheets, inspect, mark defects and unload inspected sheets.
The system uses a high resolution camera and illumination to grab sharp images. Our proprietary software analyzes the image and sends a signal to the robot to mark the defective strips.
